FMS Tower
The FMS Tower is a full-featured, contour following 10-Axis floor mounted scanner designed for scanning complex cored and solid laminate and bonded components. It consists of a steel frame support structure, two X-axis scanning towers, two lightweight, rigid Y-axis arms, two Z-axis vertical carriages, and two gimbal/swivel assemblies.
The FMS Tower includes all ultrasonic equipment, acquisition and analysis software, independently controlled water nozzle assemblies, and water filtration system. All motors and encoders are fully compatible with our InMotion motion control software with full contour following capability.
