AG-2 Gantry
The AG-2 is a full-featured, contour following, 10-Axis Overhead Gantry Scanner designed for scanning complex cored and solid laminate and bonded components. It consists of a steel frame support structure, two X-axis scanning bridges, two Y-axis carriages, two lightweight, rigid Z-axis vertical columns, and two gimbal/swivel assemblies.
The AG-2 Gantry includes all ultrasonic equipment, acquisition and analysis software, independently controlled water nozzle assemblies, and a water filtration system. All motors and encoders are fully compatible with our InMotion motion control software with full contour following capability.
